This is Debit, a smooth fox terrier. She is owned and handled by Amy and Phil Booth. Debit won Best in show, November 5, 2016 at Old Fort Cluster in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
It was a beautiful fall day for some candid, relaxed photographs of Debit!
I just LOVE this image of Amy interacting with Debit!
My photography style is relaxed, candid and letting dogs be dogs. It is always a treat to photograph show dogs out of their normal “dog show stance” and I think their owners/handlers appreciate these candid photographs too. These dogs are more than show dogs and I love capturing their sweet little personality and spirit!
This middle image of Debit is stunning! I love the connection between Amy and Debit along with her cute little head tilt! Priceless!
Amy is such a down-to-earth person, it was a treat spending some time with her and getting to know her story of dog handling. Debit is such a sweet dog and “Best in Show” fits her perfectly!
